THE JOB

The Sales Associate for the On The Road Team is critical to the success of this business channel. You will be in daily communication with the Customer while assisting in the entire shopping experience. This role requires travel multiples times per month and reports into the Senior Manager. This is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistance in planning and executing weekly trunk shows
• Traveling to support trunk shows multiple times per month
• Processing Made-to-Measurement orders
• Daily oversight of OTR email inbox to assist customers
• Appointment setting for future trunk shows
• Proactive "non-selling" outreach to customers
• Working with customers to improve the fit of a garment
• Working with customers to confirm the fit of MTM shirts
• Assistance in troubleshooting alterations issues
