Schedule:

First shift: Monday - Friday

Summary:

Employee will execute their job duties in accordance with the client's safety regulations, company policies, and ISO 9001 procedures.

Essential Job Duties:

• Support manufacturing, engineering, procurement, finance/accounting & quality group activities and initiatives .
• Support the maintenance, review and reporting of key quality metrics (i.e. returned materials authorization, non-conformance materials, corrective actions, etc.).
• Monitor company’s quality ISO auditing program.
• Support with compliance requests such as FAI, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and etc.
• Support safety inspections and audits .
• Assist the Department Manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business.
• Interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• At direction of Department Manager, delegate and/or communicate information to other parties .
• Design and implement efficient processes using lean manufacturing principles.
• Assist associate ISO 9001 auditors.
• Support company training program.
• Support and oversee top customer(s) Corrective Action Program.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience with material planning in a manufacturing environment.

• Understanding of operations with respect to
• RMA processing
• Calibration control
• Nonconformance process, ability to track NCM for supplier performance measurement
• Excel skills
• Use of Pivot tables, V-Lookup skills
• Able to produce plots from captured data
• Use of Power-BI to help create data automation for quality records used to support other departments (Supplier Scorecard)
• Ability to work well with others (TEAM attitude)
• Ability to support and provide backup for incoming/in-process inspections as needed.

• Work with or around compressed gases, Acetone, IPA.
• Occasional high noise levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
