Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Spearhead the creation of sophisticated Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements, with an emphasis on Sales Cloud, Marketing, partner integrations, and other systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
Architecture & Best Practices: Architect scalable, robust Salesforce solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Integration Management: Oversee integrations between Salesforce and various sales and marketing tools, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
Custom Development: Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions.
Feature Implementation: Implement and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce applications.
Deployment Management: Manage deployments and release processes in Salesforce environments.
Technical Leadership: Provide ongoing technical support and leadership for Salesforce maintenance and administration.
Continuous Learning: Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies, evaluating their impact on our Salesforce ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce solutions.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and development, with proven experience in a leadership or team lead role.
Preferred Requirements:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
Experience with Salesforce development tools including Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, and CI/CD pipelines.
Extensive experience in Sales Cloud implementation and customization, Partner portal, and various sales and marketing tools.
Experience managing integrations with sales and marketing tools such as People.ai, Quip, LinkedIn Navigator, D&B, Demandbase, Drift, and other partner process tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to implementing best practices in Salesforce development.
Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
