Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and assisting with marketing events. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in conducting market research and analyzing marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Work alongside the event coordination and marketing team to plan, organize, and execute educational seminar events. Tasks include but are not limited to, the following: implementing a marketing strategy for promotion and attendance, managing invitations and registrations, attending events (during work and evening hours), and providing day-of support, and assisting with post-event summaries, attendee follow-up, and acquisition of potential clients.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or event planning is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.

Overall: We are looking for the right, long-term fit who is committed to contributing to team effort and accomplishing tasks to help drive the overall strategic marketing plan designed to expand and optimize client acquisition and client success. This position will collaborate closely with the team to accomplish marketing & client acquisition initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
