We are currently seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Sales Operations/Office Administration Coordinator. This position will work at our Corporate Office.

The part-time Sales Operations/Office Administration coordinator will support the sales and marketing department to achieve new sales growth and profitability by providing office administration support to ensure efficient office operations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 

  • Oversee day-to-day administration support which includes office coverage when needed, daily mail pickup and delivery along with other administrative duties/requests. 
  • Assist with outbound sales calls and emails and engage prospective members and current members for sales and marketing support,
  • Serve as company contact for any facility related items, which includes the submission of facility ticket requests. Follow through and resolve all facility relation issues/concerns. 
  • Support email and social media outreach activities.
  • Support Marketing material tracking and submission dashboards in support of AEP readiness.
  • Support Sales fulfillment to include inventory and ordering of all sales marketing materials.
  • Support Sales Department in maintaining all pertinent information and seminar materials relative to field activities.
  • Updates internal databases, runs various reports, and assigned administrative tasks.
  • Ensures data accuracy during the sales process as it pertains to benefits, compliance, agent information, etc.
  • Provide excellent sales support for our brokers, agents, and contracted staff to maintain and support growth in membership.
  • Responsible for tracking sales lead management for internal and external sales channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • Education and/or Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing in insurance or related field.
  • One year experience in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. 

Computer Skills

  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Internet Explorer. 

Additional Requirements

  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently, excellent project management and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with sales personnel.
  • Knowledge of CMS and other regulatory requirements pertaining to Medicare operations.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills with demonstrable ability to analyze facts clearly and concisely within the context of the regulatory environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
