The Opportunity

We are seeking a Part Time, 24-hour Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to support our Parkway location in Haverhill. Weekly schedules will consist of 21 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 3 hours of administrative time. The NP will work on-site on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are located at 1 Park Way Haverhill, MA 01830.

Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for pediatric patients (0-18 years of age). The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.

The NPs share panels with physicians to enhance practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while providing excellent patient care and experience. This includes traditional primary care visits and same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable Nurse Practitioner who has an interest in providing patient-facing pediatric care in a small, community practice. When hiring, we look for candidates who possess not only the relevant licensure, experience, skills, and competencies, but also positive attitudes, innovative spirits, and genuine passion for the work.

• Master’s degree in nursing required
• Current MA NP license required upon hire
• 0-1 years of Pediatric NP experience preferred
