Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous medications and fluids to patients
- Monitor and assess patients' responses to IV therapies
- Assist with the insertion and maintenance of IV lines
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate IV treatments
- Educate patients and their families on IV therapy procedures and potential side effects
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Proven experience in administering IV therapies
- Proficiency in IV medication and fluid administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- CPR Certfication
