General Overview
The Grants Fiscal Administrator, Community Health & Health Equity will play a critical role in the successful fiscal management and sustainability of Mass General Brigham’s grant-funded community health programs and initiatives. The Grants Fiscal Administrator will report to Director of MGH Community Health Associates and will serve as the fiscal lead for a broad community health grants portfolio administered across the Mass General Brigham (MGB) system, hospitals, and community health centers. The Grants Fiscal Administrator will primarily be responsible for the ongoing accounting and management of community health and health equity grant budgets, expenditures, revenues, and financial reporting. The Grants Fiscal Administrator will also provide fiscal support and consultation to Program Managers responsible for the implementation of grant-funded community health programming and collaborate closely with Grants Administration leadership to improve community health fiscal strategy and sustainability.
