Schedule
- (2) 12-hour shifts
- Nights | 7 pm – 7 am
- 24 hours per week
- Rotational holiday and weekend schedule

- Effective customer service orientation and the ability to interact with diverse groups of patients, staff, and providers.
- Demonstrated ability to solve basic patient and practice problems using a combination of strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Preferred: Associate degree; 1-year hospital experience
- Required: High School diploma or GED required; Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience; Computer skills necessary (word, excel, and ability to learn MGH systems)
