* Combine your expertise and artistry along with our protocols and modalities to design customized facial and body treatments that meet the individual needs of clients.

* Hold team accountable to results delivering the Massage Envy client experience consistently.

* Control expenses per service managing inventory or supplies and home care products.

* Become a trusted adviser for estheticians to help them pursue their career goals.

* Participate in new service and product launches. Massage Envy alpha an beta tests service protocols and launches new skin care products throughout the year.

* Deliver an amazing, safe, and therapeutic experience with every service.
