Our Customer Advocates become expert at:

• Providing unexpectedly wonderful customer service by, greeting clients by name, patiently scheduling services & cheerfully taking the lead to respond with great solutions to customer service requests and concerns.
• Taking the lead with our new guests, introducing them to their providers and guiding them through their first experiences with us to ensure the best possible results.
• Asking great questions to really understand our clients needs so that you can match them with the right services, the right providers and the best pricing options for packages and memberships that comfortably fit their circumstances.
• Creating ongoing relationships with our clients by providing outreach via text, phone, and email to ensure they are receiving the best possible care and results.
• Supporting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location and always protecting client confidentiality.
• Demonstrating our core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy every day.

Compensation:

A healthy Compensation Plan that rewards your hard work with competitive wage:

• Massage Envy Woodinville, Membership Account Managers earn an hourly rate that starts at $19.00 per hour with unlimited generous bonuses every month for Membership Sales to reward your focus and dedication!

• Masters of customer service who make everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in person or on the phone. Bonus points for previous customer service and sales experience.
• People of integrity who truly care about the well-being of members, guests, and team members and, who do the right thing (even if it is not the easy thing).
• Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confidence handling cash, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fast on their feet with the ability to think critically, juggle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Able meet some physical demands to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Great teammates who work well with others, show up on time and like to be busy.
• Adaptable and flexible wherever needed, to get the job done.
