Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies while also managing client relationships and experiences.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the therapy team, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care and satisfaction.
• Incorporate key responsibilities of both Marketing and Sales Specialist and Client Services and Experience Manager.
• Oversee all aspects of client engagement, from initial outreach and recruitment through ongoing support and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to create a harmonious blend of marketing initiatives and client services.
• Communicate and collaborate via Voxer and the client booking software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Combination of marketing and client service KPIs.
• Employee feedback surveys.
• Peer reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in both marketing and client service roles, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and scheduling/CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• $10 per hour or commission, whichever is greater.
• Commission payments:
• $50 bonus for each new client booked.
• $10 for each rebooked appointment of the client initially brought in.
• $10-$35 per session for managing the client's experience.
