Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly dining room including clearing dirty dishes from tables, sanitizing tables before and after guests dine, sanitizing high chairs and booster seats, changing trash in service areas and kitchen, washing dishes from the dining room and restaurant operations, and maintaining condiments station stock and cleanliness.Will also answer guest questions and provide information about the resort and surrounding areas. Must be able to uphold company safety and sanitation policies.

Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hours:
Varied hours depending on hours of operations and business demands
Core Responsibilities
- Wipe down all tables and chairs and reset tables after the customers are finished eating
- Sanitize high touch point areas throughout dining room frequently or after use including high chairs and booster seats
- Clean the floors under each table as needed
- Empty cans as they fill in service prep areas
- Wash dishes from dining room and restaurant operations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned by management
