Brief DescriptionRole Objective:
The Aftermarket & Field Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing Ideal
Pase’s Aftermarket and Field Service departments to ensure customers have the technical
support and service required throughout the full life cycle of the machine and ensure we
are providing the Best Running Machine in the Factory. This is a working manager role that
also coordinates field service resources and provides aftermarket technical support for Ideal
Pase’s large installation base of custom liquid filling machines.

The Aftermarket & Field Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing Ideal
Pase’s Aftermarket and Field Service departments to ensure customers have the technical
support and service required throughout the full life cycle of the machine and ensure we
are providing the Best Running Machine in the Factory. This is a working manager role that
also coordinates field service resources and provides aftermarket technical support for Ideal
Pase’s large installation base of custom liquid filling machines.
Duties
- Manage company’s traveling Field Service team members, processes, and resources including:
- Manage a field service scheduling process that support the needs of all
- Coordinate interdepartmental information flow with Project Management,
- Support of final customer acceptance, punch list management, warranty services,
- Quote and administer post-startup service contracts for outside customers
- Feedback and direction to the company on product performance and
- Manage company’s After Market team members, resources and processes to:
- Provide post-warranty support, service, spare parts and retrofits for external
- Produce timely and accurate quotations, procurement, shipment and follow-up for all
