As a Truck Technician at Mast Trucking, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various truck components and systems, ensuring that our equipment runs efficiently and safely. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned jobs with minimal supervision and assistance.
• Repair components such as wiring/electronic issues, NOX sensors, radiators, fan hubs, disc/drum brakes, clutches, belts, u-joints, differential seals, steering components, etc.
• Stay updated on the latest industry technology and adapt to changes.
• Perform repairs efficiently and correctly with a strong attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate respect for colleagues and customers.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of working with semi tractors and/or trailers.
• Experience with diagnostic software, including Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostic Link 8, Bendix, Wabco, and Haldex.
• Able to follow troubleshooting guidelines, understand wiring schematics, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
