What We Require:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to climb ladders and meet safety requirements (combined weight 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds).
• Strength and Endurance: Able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
• Work Conditions: Comfortable working in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather.
• Flexibility: Willingness to kneel, crawl, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Background Checks: Pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
• Flexible Availability: Willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Start Date: Available to start on July/29/2024
• Training Travel: Willing to travel to Ashland, VA for training (hotel and expenses covered if eligible).
