Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to climb ladders and meet manufacturer safety standards (combined weight 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds).
• Strength and Endurance: Capable of lifting 60-80 pounds and working on ladders up to 36 feet high.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical Agility: Able to kneel, crawl, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Background Clearance: Pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
• Flexible Availability: Willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Start Date: Ready to begin on 08/19/2024.
• Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel to Memphis TN for training
• (hotel and expenses covered if eligible).
