Starting pay during training: $18 per hour

Requirements:

• Comfortable with ladder work and adhering to safety protocols.
• Capable of lifting 60-80 pounds and climbing 28-36 foot ladders.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• Willing to travel to Akron OH for training (with hotel and expenses covered, if applicable).
