We are a fast growing company in the Home Mitigaiton and Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Disaster Recovery industry.

We are a reputable restoration company specializing in property damage restoration and we are currently seeking a Home Advisor / Door Knocker/ Canvasser Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for visiting neighborhoods affected by recent disasters or incidents, engaging with homeowners, and providing information about our restoration services.

We need Canvassers Managers immediately!. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our team

You will be managing a team of canvassers to set appointments. Paid Training provided.

Base Salary Pay: $1,000 - $1,800 per week. Must be able to work every other Saturday from 10:00a – 3:30p. PAID Weekly.

Personal Bonuses paid weekly, uncapped bonus potential. Managers receive bonuses on their personal appointments. You receive a weekly printout of all payable appointments. Complete transparency.

Manager Bonus paid monthly, uncapped bonus potential. Managers receive a percentage of all net sales that their team produces from their appointments for the month. You receive a monthly printout of all payable appointments. Complete transparency.

We need lead generators to provide qualified appointments. You will NOT be making any sales, ONLY setting appointments. Get paid what you are worth, today!

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of individuals (canvassers / field marketers / field appointment setters )
• Must be local to the area (office location: Clearwater) and know how to pick territory for the best/most qualified appointments for your team
• Memorize and recite, train your team on sales scripts and statements. If you can't memorize short scripts then this is not the job for you.
• Go door-to-door to introduce our service to potential customers.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product, service, being canvassed - after training.
• Get information, such as contact details, from homeowners to set appointments
• Keeping up fleet maintenance
• Consistently ensure that you and your team meet daily and weekly quotas.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of canvassers
• Coordinate and schedule door-to-door canvassing shifts
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team
• Monitor work progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to potential clients.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with individuals and promote our services.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of property damage restoration or willingness to learn about the industry.
• Have an internal drive and a strong desire to succeed. Basically, you want to make a lot of money and don’t want an arbitrary hourly rate to determine your income potential.
• Are willing to work hard. This type of earning potential doesn’t come free, you have to put in the effort.
• Professional in appearance and demeanor. Can you “clean up” for work ;). We provide the uniform shirt, hat, umbrella, rain jackets. You provide the shorts and comfortable walking shoes.
• Excellent communication skills including persuasive speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills. You can’t be “shy.” Must have an outgoing personality with the ‘gift of gab’, able to ‘win over’ most people quickly.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements. Yeah, we need you to work on your scheduled days.
• Ability to manage a team. Your employees will only stay with the company if they are successful and it is your job to get them there. You will need to ensure that they have the skills, and work ethic to be successful even if you have to (metaphorically) drag them kicking and screaming to meet their financial goals.
• Ability to manage time effectively and to fulfill quotas. This is very easy to do if you want to make a lot of money and ensure that you and your team work your territory.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English language.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish language.
• Must have the physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods. This is a field position which means you will need to able to walk, skip, skateboard, roller skate 3 – 5 miles a day.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related field
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively market our organization's mission and goals
• Proficient in door-to-door canvassing techniques and telemarketing strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
