Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within HVAC or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule service appointments and maintenance calls for HVAC technicians.
- Provide information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and billing as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services during customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications related to the role (e.g., HVAC customer service certifications) are preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, typing, and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining customer records and scheduling appointments.
