We need an experienced Accountant with heavy data entry skills.

The responsibilities & duties are not limited to:

• Bank receivables done daily.
• Enter bank transactions daily.
• Enter receipts from customers.
• Enter checks from customers.
• Cash budget done weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Weekly meetings projecting cash flow with detailed plan for the business on best spending practice/plan.
• Make miscellaneous payments/ enter into books.
• Employee bonus breakdown when company reaches their goal.
• Understanding and knowledge of GL codes/ how to classify goods being bought/ sold.
• Office cleanliness, organization of sales folders, assisting other team members as needed.
• Answer a multi-line phone.
• Must have great communication skills.

Quick Learner/Systems Oriented and someone who has experience in Excel, Word, Teams, and PDF.
