Job Title: Business Office Manager with Continuous Opportunities for Growth!
A Day in the Life as a Business Office Manager:
  • Manage invoicing of bus sales.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the completion of sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to process finance and lease applications.
  • Generate regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Assist customers in securing financing options and guide them through the financial aspects of purchasing or leasing a bus. 
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with their requirements.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with industry regulations and dealership policies. 
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and financial documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business office and other dealership departments, such as sales, service, and parts 
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide necessary financial information.
  • Oversee the title and registration process for sold buses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  •  Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years minimum exposure to sales, sales management and sales performance coaching, sales excellence
  • Experienced in Sales Operations and Sales Management
