Maintenance Scheduler
As maintenance scheduler you will be responsible for the scheduling of all non-emergency maintenance work and coordinating it between various maintenance groups, plant supervisors and managers. Position also maintains appropriate records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results.
What You Can Offer

• Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years experience in a high speed packaging maintenance environment required.
• Examine all non-emergency work orders to determine the scope and best way to accomplish the work.
• Review and schedule all recurring PM (preventative maintenance) activities.
• Develop an integrated maintenance work schedule for the Technical Services work area supervisors/leads (including PM, ACM, and non-emergency repair work orders).
• Release and review PM's requiring parts kits to the Maintenance Parts Coordinators and Maintenance Planner.
• Assist Technical Services in scheduling personnel for the installation of new machinery, relocation of existing machinery and upgrades to existing machinery.
• Update the PM task or parts requirement with the assistance of the Maintenance Planner based on the Maintenance Mechanics and team input.
• Other projects and tasks as requested by the Director of Maintenance - Operations, and Planning & Scheduling Manager.
• Ability to travel to the Oostburg Facility as needed.
