Match Charter Public School is a free, high-performing charter public school in Boston. We are a PreK-12 school serving 1,250 students. Our mission is to prepare students for success in college and careers in order to achieve economic security and mobility. Students gain acceptance to our schools via an annual blind public lottery open to all Boston residents.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Match is seeking a Chief of Staff (COS) who will play an integral role on the Match Network Support Team. The COS will work closely with Match’s senior leadership to ensure Match fulfills its mission by overseeing organization-wide strategic planning and projects, leading on Match’s diversity, inclusion, and equity work, promoting alignment and collaboration across campus and network departments, supporting human resource functions, and supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on other projects and tasks as needed.
The COS reports to the CEO. The compensation for this position starts at an annual salary rate of $123,064 and can be higher based on prior relevant experience.
