Title: IT Support
Duration: 6 months
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Rate: $45-$50/hr USD
Requirements:
- Need someone onsite to be more Tier 2 and handle issues in the office, handle walk up issues, etc.
- Running deployments, work with the user on setup, etc.
- Probably not lots of "training" but do some documentation. Helping the end user with the basics.
- Running through an ERP migration/upgrade, so really need someone to help with the support, as the team is doing a lot of work on that front. Post go live support.
- Standard IT end user support
- Windows OS
- O365
- AD passwords, permissions, etc
- 2-5 years of experience
- Mobile device support, printers, copiers, etc.
