Required Skills:
- Preferably 7 years' proven experience as a Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of remote desktop access software to troubleshoot issues remotely.
- Work experience with developing and managing software and OS deployments using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing and resolving technical (hardware, software) problems.

- Microsoft MFA and other Two Factor Authentication Providers
