Event Highlights
- Location: Chinook Centre, 6455 MacLeod Trail South, Calgary AB T2H 0K8
- Dates: Thursday, October 10 to Sunday, October 13
- Timing: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Virtual Training: October 1, 1-3 p.m. (2-hour paid training)
- 9 Brand Ambassadors
- Hourly Rate: $25/hour
- Engage and Enthrall: Captivate customers in different LG theme rooms such as Living Area, Bedroom, and Camping.
- Role Play: Act according to the theme and role assigned.
- Educate: Share technical knowledge about LG products with customers.
- Assist: Answer any questions regarding LG products.
- Create Experiences: Engage customers to create unforgettable experiences that lead to sales.
- Manage Operations: Ensure smooth event operations, including the distribution and management of information pamphlets.
- Communicate: Promptly communicate needs and updates to Team Leaders and Account Managers.
- Report: Maintain daily reporting and timekeeping.
- Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
- Uniform: All-black outfit (pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or Brand Ambassador experience, preferably with a technical product.
- Personality: Tech-savvy, fresh, polished, and confident.
- Stamina: Comfortable standing for extended hours.
