Recruiter for Special Needs Matchmaker.

The position is for an Independent Contractor (1099) and will be an entirely commission-based salary. Sales experience and knowledge of Developmental Disabilities are preferred. The recruiter will set up appointments at related agencies on Long Island to tell people about this new and innovative company for the special needs community. The business sells itself. Once people know about it, getting the word to the right people is the most important part. Must be comfortable talking to small groups of people. There is a possibility there will be a future need for recruiting in other parts of the NYC metro area in the future, however, it will not be necessary.

Position requires availability on weekdays, 9-5. Make your own hours, as little as 10 hours a week to 40 hours. The more time you put in, the more money you will make. Must have own transportation. Brief training for a few hours is necessary to start and can be done remotely.
