Matco Tools is Hiring a Human Resource Administrator Near Stow, OH

Are you passionate about fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth? As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our HR team, providing essential cross-functional support and guidance to our organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Onboarding Facilitator:

  • Assist and coordinate all new hire paperwork.
  • Ensure a warm welcome to our organization.
  • Provide weekly orientation for remote and on-site new hires.

Candidate Experience Champion:

  • Coordinate all candidate and panel interview schedules, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Serve as a friendly and informative liaison between candidates and our talent acquisition team.

Data Maven & Administrative Dynamo:

  • Utilize HR Systems: Dayforce, Taleo, Ceridian, bswift, i-Buy, IQS, and more!
  • Generate monthly headcount reports and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Your insights will drive strategic decisions and enhance our workforce planning.

Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks:

  • Coordinate and schedule all exempt and non-exempt interviews.
  • Company communications
  • Invoice processing.
  • Purchase orders.
  • Eneter all new employees (high volume data entry)

Employee Records Keeper:

  • Maintain and update employee changes in our HR system and physical files.
  • Accuracy and confidentiality are your superpowers.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required. Your educational foundation will set the stage for success.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the skills required for this role. (HR experience preferred)

  • Intermediate computer skills are essential. You’ll be navigating Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook like a pro.
  • Embrace the digital landscape and use technology to streamline our HR processes in Dayforce, Taleo, Ceridian, bswift, i-Buy, IQS (AS400)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
