As part of our experienced and collaborative Data Operations team, you will participate in building and maintaining the world’s largest product catalog focused on the Architect & Interior Design (A&D) community.
The ideal candidate will have a data background with experience updating and maintaining product catalogs. The team leverages AI & ML tools to streamline product onboarding and maintenance functions which requires associates who can comprehend what’s happening behind the scenes to troubleshoot complex issues and identify for optimization. It is critical that candidates are comfortable navigating, normalizing and organizing large data sets. This role requires an individual who is extremely detail-oriented, strategic in their approach, and comfortable with change in a dynamic work environment.

Material Bank has transformed the way an entire industry discovers and samples materials. By removing the friction that exists in the process, we drive business between architects and designers (members) and our Brand Partners (clients).
Our powerful material database and proprietary robotic distribution facility allow members to order samples until midnight (ET) to be delivered free of charge anywhere in the US, in one box, by 10:30 AM the next morning.

What you’ll do:
- Import/export and synchronize data from multiple systems with accuracy
- Create, manage and edit product listings within information databases
- Seek, assess and resolve inconsistencies across large data sets
- Partner with internal and external subject matter experts and data recipients
- Extract and synthesize data from Brand websites and various online sources
- Work at a quick pace with accuracy to resolve assigned tickets
- Lead projects that challenge your capabilities and expand the reach of our team
- 2-4 Years of proven data analyst or data entry work experience
- Hunger to innovate, learn new systems and optimize data processes
- Systematic thinker who adheres to a procedure-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Product Info Mgmt (PIM) and time management
- Competency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and/or Project Management
- Swift analyzation and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining speed and constant communication
