Job Summary:

Answer and process incoming customer phone calls, email, fax orders and inquiries. Assist with overall daily operation of facility. Process cylinders, including counting and inventory replenishment and allocation. Work with internal and external customers providing solutions and information on accounts.

Requirements:

• Education - High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge/experience in compressed gases, welding and safety supply industry or chemical industry a plus but not required.
• Warehouse – Product stocking, inventory counting and shipping preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to establish and manage customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and employees.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Excellent Telephone Communications Skills.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail).
