Under the direction of the Chief Internal Auditor, the Senior Manager’s will be responsible for documentation requirements as dictated by the Sarbanes Oxley Act for Japanese Companies (J-SOX). The position will also be responsible for leading and participating in operational and financial internal audit projects.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of SOX experience preferably Japanese SOX experience.
- Degree in Accounting
- Ability to travel 20-30%
