Account Manager

Seeking a part-time (2 days a week - 8hrs per day) Account Manager. For a 3 month contract. Below are some of the responsibilities.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Sample management, pulling apparel to be sent to retailers

• Track samples that have previously shipped
• Setting up showrooms for specific market date launches
• Utilizing Ariba SAP system to track shipments and payments
• Track marketing initiative or development of marketing initiative with retailers
• This role is more focused on the fashion aspect of the business instead of sports, and collaboration between fashion designers
• Request (Excel file).
• Request (SMS)
• Request (Marvin)
• Hype/ Statement / Y-3 / aSMC HLDs and RIDs and updating accounts and Market Calendar
• Managing the FW23 Marketing Calendar
• Toolkits to accounts

aSMC, Y-3 , and Statement Sample Responsibilities:

• Samples based on sample request via email.
• Sample in and out the sample closet using sample tracker
• With mailteam and ship samples to accounts
• Boxes and log samples in as they return.
• Sample closet organized based on season delivery.

Seasonal Transition of Samples :

• SS23 asmc season of aSMC & Y-3 samples (May)
• Fw23 aSMC season samples from showroom 12 to the basement. (May)
• Out FW22 samples to the vault (late- May/June)
• And save carry over styles

Market Responsibilities:

• FW23 Y-3 samples from showroom 14 & 15 to rails and leave hung in the basement. (June)
• Y-3 Boxes
• Y-3 Samples
• Samples on rolling racks by delivery / drop.
• Mens Womens showroom by delivery drop
• Brand Picks

The pay rate for this W-2 position is $34.56 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
