The Role:Matik is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be a founding member of the Marketing team, and build Matik's product marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with teams across the company, this person will be responsible for helping develop and launch a net new product, and supporting our existing enterprise offering.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and launch of a net new product that's geared towards direct purchase without talking to a Sales team
  • Once the new product is launched, be responsible for activation and conversion KPIs, including owning onboarding and lifecycle communications
  • As the Matik product evolves, continue to evolve the positioning and messaging frameworks with user research, market insights, and competitive intelligence
  • Lead the strategy for programs that help Matik reach prospective customers, and help them understand the value of Matik, what it can do for them, and why they should use it
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, feature updates, and campaigns to drive growth and sustained product adoption
  • Lead experiments — email, in-app, content, and more — with small cohorts of customers that, once proven, can be rolled out to larger cohorts
  • Deep dive into priority use cases, conduct research, and synthesize strategies for how we enter and win new markets
  • Ensure our Sales and Account Management organizations have the content and training needed to effectively close and win deals
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience working in product marketing
  • Experience working on a product that customers could purchase directly without talking to a Sales team
  • Experience working in the B2B space
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pricing and packaging experience for various products
  • Experience working in a startup environment
