Job Title: Scientific/ IT Business Analyst (Hybrid- Cambridge MA)
Duration: 4 months (8/1/24- 12/20/24)
Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid onsite) - parking fees not covered
Required Pay Scale: $63.45/hr on W2
Job Summary: Needs to have Scientific Background - understand what a bench scientist wants and manage this through
This person is going to be heavily communicating with scientists to understand workflow and make user requirements then take it to IT and come up with solutions
Liaison who can understand Business (Labs) and IT (Developers).
Hours: Monday-Friday 8A-4P
Project Details:
Liaison between business and IT. Gather user requirements, interact with the business users, manage individual project implementations.
Talking to scientists and understanding their workflows - transforming into user requirements. Translate requirements into small chunks that can be implemented with a team of developers.

Must Haves
- Bachelors Degree in a Science related field (chemistry, biology, etc)
- Experience with Agile/scrum/JIRA
- Strong understanding of Programming languages python/django/JS to be able to communicate effectively with IT
- Strong understanding of AWS [Solutions are in the cloud] to be able to communicate effectively with IT
- 3-6 Years of experience liaising/ managing individual Project Implementations with team of Developers in the scientific field
- Project Management in early clinical development [in the lab]
- Systems Analyst / Developer in early clinical development [in the lab]
