Job Title: Loan IQ Technical Analyst
Duration: 12- 18mo

Required Pay Scale: 65-70/hr W2

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced Loan IQ Analyst with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Loan IQ data model and prior experience supporting Loan IQ or similar large-scale enterprise applications. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills and the flexibility to work occasional weekend and after-hours shifts.

Project Details:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for the Loan IQ application.
• Understand and manage the Loan IQ data model, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Loan IQ, including application errors, data discrepancies, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for application support and production support issues.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure the stability and reliability of the Loan IQ application.
• Assist in the development and deployment of enhancements and upgrades to the Loan IQ system.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend support rotations as required.

Must Haves

• Proven technical experience with Loan IQ, specifically in understanding and managing the data model.
• Prior experience supporting Loan IQ or similar large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience in application support or production support roles.
• Enterprise experience
• Flexibility to work some weekend hours and after-hours shifts 1-2 times per month.
