Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Duration: 6 Months W2

Job Description
Drive Health & Wellness B2B Food as Medicine product development, including Soda Health and OptUP Integration, through delivery. Working with cross-functional teams, this position will solve business problems while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Minimum Position Qualifications
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, marketing, management or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience bringing customer-facing technology products to market
• 3 years of software development, product management or business analyst experience in an technology business with demonstrated success in sales and/or customer use through the delivery of new/evolving products
• Experience with iterative product development (Agile)
• Product management experience working with B2B or B2C Healthcare, Wellness, and/or Nutrition solutions
• Exchange Solutions - developing products for healthcare payers, providers, clinical associates and/or their beneficiaries
• Experience working on product solutions that involve one or more of the following criteria and/or activities:
• Demonstrated leadership experience in product management
• Experience with contract management, program management, and/or project management
• Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention-to-detail
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience
Desired Previous Experience/Education
• Experience using the following systems and/or applications: Productboard, Jira, Mural, Confluence
• Experience with Gen AI / ML
• Experience with a multi-channel retailer, including an understanding of ecommerce, food merchandising and supply chain operations
• Experience with products and/or digital experiences that support lead generation for B2B sales
Key Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
• Create, maintain and communicate B2B Food as Medicine product roadmap(s), including near-term delivery and 1-2 year product evolution, to stakeholders across the organization while aligning and supporting company and business unit strategies
• Develop a product plan and deliver product capabilities and enhancements to market by working with technical and non-technical partners; measuring output, improving execution and continuously delivering production expectations
• Create and maintain robust product documentation including technical requirements, product plans and roadmaps in appropriate systems (Jira, Productboard, Confluence, etc) in collaboration with multiple teams
• Move identified product requirements and feature enhancements through completion via cross-functional collaboration with product stakeholders and while keeping line-of-site into the overarching B2B Food as Medicine (Soda Health / Nutrition Security Solution) Strategy. Individual capabilities include but are not limited to:
o B2B OptUP API creation and implementation with a third party
o OptUP data attribute ingestion into Kroger MX Pipeline
o Data Exchange for Product SKU list with a third party
• Support vendor-managed capabilities including but not limited ongoing oversight of vendor roadmap and technical requirements, submission of change requests / support tickets to vendor as needed, QA and oversight of vendor owned capabilities, collaborative discovery / guidance for vendor-owned capabilities as needed.
• Leverage data, analytics and insights to measure and improve B2B Food as Medicine KPIs, including OptUP product nutrition rating coverage and accuracy.
• Model Agile principles by maintaining a groomed backlog and providing 1-N prioritization for backlog
• Execute criteria within Minimum Viable Product timeframes, and any subsequent key milestone dates - enforcing the speed/frequency with which enhancements and new capabilities need to be delivered
• Remain flexible and adaptable to business priorities / needs
• Escalate critical issues, gaps, blockers or risks to leadership in a timely manner so as not to delay implementation
• Build highly collaborative cross-functional partnerships across the Kroger matrix organization
• Identify new product requirements and feature enhancements through collaborative engagements to support product strategies, as needed
• Confidently manage relationships with a vast range of stakeholder types including: Corporate/Business stakeholders, Kroger Technology stakeholders across pillars (including but not limited to MX, CX, HWX), external B2B and/or vendor stakeholders, and more.
• Execute regular meetings with stakeholders to review priorities in order of now, next and later, and KPIs / metrics as an indicator of product health and progress.
