Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Prepare meals and assist with feeding

- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up

- Accompany clients to appointments and outings

- Engage in conversation and provide companionship

- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Skills:

- Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and provide care with empathy and understanding

- Patience: Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations

- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

- Dependability: Reliable and punctual attendance is crucial in this role

- Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and providing physical support to clients as needed

- Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly on your feet and find solutions to unexpected situations

Requirements:

-MUST HAVE HHA OR MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN HHA UPON HIRE

-TB Test/Chest X-Ray (Can obtain upon hire)

-Live Scan (Can obtain upon hire)

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

-Able to travel to prospective patient’s place of residence
