MATRIX COMMUNICATIONS INC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Description

Matrix-NDI is looking for a full-time, growth oriented, Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to work in support of our Account Managers focused primarily on national partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for inside sales activities primarily within the national partnership accounts. The ISR will work in conjunction with Account Managers to qualify opportunities, quote projects, and close business to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Actively listen to customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Manage the sales process from project qualification to estimation/quoting and handoff to the delivery team.
  • Work within the Matrix-NDI sales toolset to design and quote projects. 
  • Work closely with the Matrix-NDI Operations team to ensure ongoing projects meet client expectations.
  • Support the expanding of relationships with existing customers and prospects to identify new opportunities and cultivate relationships.
  • Efficiently manage customer requests for information and project changes.
  • Ability to deploy all Matrix-NDI sales tools, software & technology. 
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proven work experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an inside sales capacity.
  • Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to escalate or delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and utmost confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in network technology sales or operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of network components and connectivity.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office.
