Administrative support for technical, accounting and management. This is a hybrid position with work from our Orchard Park, NY office, and remote work following training and a performance review.

Responsibilities

• Detailed list of responsibilities will be provided to qualified candidates.
• Accounting support includes processing vendor invoices and accounts payable, assist with preparing and submitting client invoices and processing employee time sheets and expense reports.
• Regular interaction/direct communication with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist management with scheduling, ordering and coordinating field work.
• Assist technical staff with reports, submittals and other aspects of project/client work.
• Maintain databases and schedules for employees and equipment.

Qualifications

• All general computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Cloud-Based functions and scanning, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with staff, vendors and clients. Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
