Great new Controller opportunity with an exciting non-profit, expanding it’s portfolio in 2025! Oversee accounting & finance, leading a team of accountants, managing close, financial reporting, GL, reviewing account recs, payroll, grants and funding. Prepare budgets, forecasting, and take over accounting for a big, coming affordable housing development project. Ideal qualifications & experience; CPA (required for Board reporting), non-profit experience, ideally affordable housing experience, strong proven leadership. 5 years, knowledge of grants, A-133, tax credits, 990’s, compliance and risk management. Comp range $140-160K DOE, great benefits, generous PTO, 4 days a week onsite in South Seattle.
