About the Team

Our medical department is dedicated to helping our clients improve their lives through a coordinated approach to care involving clients, their caregivers, their clinical staff, outpatient psychiatric care providers and primary care teams. We are proud to be part of a state-wide community of people who share our values, and part of a company that supports us so we can support our clients! 

What You’ll Do

We are currently able to provide a master's psychiatric nursing internship working with adult clients in an outpatient setting. Services include psychiatric evaluation and treatment of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and high frequency of comorbid substance use disorders.

Family Nurse Practitioner students will provide care across the lifespan. Services include management of acute and chronic illness, medication management, coordination of care with mental health providers, mental health clinicians, and other community resources. Primary Care utilizes a holistic approach to health and wellness including health screenings for health promotion and disease prevention, especially in vulnerable populations.
