OverviewWe are seeking qualified Healthcare Recruiters to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a Healthcare Recruiter at Matrix Providers, you will be responsible for identifying and interviewing highly-competitive Healthcare professionals with specialized skills. Requirements
  • Three years of Healthcare Recruiting experience, preferably in high volume, Government, or Agency Recruiting
  • Enthusiasm, innovation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in different ATSs/CRMs, text, scheduling applications/systems, and the MS Office suite
Responsibilities
  • Review, evaluate, and interview candidates against contract requirements
  • Act as a partner and adviser to region stakeholders by proactively communicating recruiting strategies
  • Drive recruiting strategies in a competitive market through innovative approaches
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback
  • Communicate with Recruiting leaders, Program Managers, HR, and peers
  • Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines
  • Provide support to Credentialing team to ensure the best candidate experience
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
