Benefits
- Full-time salaried position at $55,000 yearly, plus uncapped commission
- Comprehensive insurance package including health, dental, vision, and life coverage

Requirements
- Three years of Healthcare Recruiting experience, preferably in high volume, Government, or Agency Recruiting
- Enthusiasm, innovation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in different ATSs/CRMs, text, scheduling applications/systems, and the MS Office suite
- Review, evaluate, and interview candidates against contract requirements
- Act as a partner and adviser to region stakeholders by proactively communicating recruiting strategies
- Drive recruiting strategies in a competitive market through innovative approaches
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback
- Communicate with Recruiting leaders, Program Managers, HR, and peers
- Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines
- Provide support to Credentialing team to ensure the best candidate experience
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
