Full-time salaried position at $55,000 yearly, plus uncapped commission

Three years of Healthcare Recruiting experience, preferably in high volume, Government, or Agency Recruiting
Enthusiasm, innovation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in different ATSs/CRMs, text, scheduling applications/systems, and the MS Office suite
Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and interview candidates against contract requirements
Act as a partner and adviser to region stakeholders by proactively communicating recruiting strategies
Drive recruiting strategies in a competitive market through innovative approaches
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback
Communicate with Recruiting leaders, Program Managers, HR, and peers
Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines
Provide support to Credentialing team to ensure the best candidate experience
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
