• Employment Status: Full-Time
• Compensation: Salary ($50.00/hr.) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week, no nights, weekends, or on-call)

Requirements

• Education: ASWB-accredited Master of Social Work (MSW) program
• Certification: Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in independent practice of clinical social work
• Licensure: Current unrestricted Social Worker license

Job SummaryAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Teach patients self-care and motivate them towards healing
• Provide age-appropriate care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Demonstrate knowledge in the military health system and conditions like Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
• Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations, crisis counseling, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Coordinate services for high-risk populations and facilitate patient transfers when needed
