Employment Status: Part Time
Compensation: Hourly position, paid bi-weekly
Schedule: Wednesday through Friday, 8am-4pm

RequirementsThe Clinical Psychologist must meet the following:
Hold a Ph.D. or PsyD in Psychology from an APA-Accredited Program
Valid and unrestricted licensure as a psychologist
Active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Basic computer skills
Full vaccination per CDC and state guidelines
Prior VA or compensation exam experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
Review pertinent mental health history documentation and conduct one-time, non-treatment behavioral health compensation and pensions exams for Veterans
Capture responses during the exam through web-based examination forms; all documentation will be completed electronically
Submit completed exams to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations
Common assessment reasons include PTSD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders
