Are you a Healthcare Hero interested in working with veterans? Matrix Providers is seeking a Traumatic Brain Injury Provider (Psychiatrist, Neurologist, or Physiatrist PM&R) to conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Medford, OR.
Position Details

• Employment Status: PRN/ Independent Contractor
• Compensation: Negotiable
• Schedule: Flexible options available

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Neurology
• Active and unrestricted license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous primary care experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic computer skills required
• Vaccination per CDC and state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Review medical history documentation for veterans
• Conduct compensation and pension exams
• Complete all documentation electronically
• Order diagnostic testing if needed
• Refer for neuropsychological testing if necessary
• Order and conduct ancillaries as required
