We are currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist to conduct non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams at the Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) facility in Yuma, AZ.
Job Details

• Employment Status: Part Time
• Compensation: Salaried, paid bi-weekly
• Schedule: 2-4 days per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Review mental health history documentation
• Conduct one-time behavioral health compensation and pensions exams for Veterans
• Document responses electronically through web-based forms
• Exams are forwarded to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability determinations
• Assess common issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders

Requirements

• Ph.D. or PsyD in Psychology from an APA-Accredited Program
• Valid and unrestricted psychologist licensure
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Basic computer proficiency
• Full vaccination per CDC and state guidelines
• Prior VA or compensation exam experience is a plus
