Project Summary & Overview We seek 2-3 Senior Solution Architects to participate in our Product Management Transformation project.
This initiative aims to revolutionize how our team delivers ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our customers. As a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics365 CRM-based applications , you will leverage your expertise in Agile and SCRUM Methodology, Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services to transform the technology that supports the most at-risk children and families within the state. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.

• Utilize Agile and SCRUM Methodology to manage and deliver technical projects.

• Oversee the integration of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Agile & Scrum Methodology.

• Five years or more documented experience in a similar role with projects of similar size and scope. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions and or Finance solutions.

• Proficiency in Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.

• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.

• Solid understanding of .NET full-stack development.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Beneficial Skills (But Not Required):

• Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.

• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

• Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.

• Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.

• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
