We offer Base Pay: $38,000-$42,000 (Depending on Experience) Commission Bonuses

Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in Spanish, to cater to a broader client base.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes and regulations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking within the community.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive offerings.

- Present insurance products clearly and persuasively to potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage options available.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Utilize multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with company policies.
