The producer often will respond to requests from clients who need insurance as well as work to create a need or want for other products we offer. Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Developongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers & more.....
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Provideexceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Inform clients of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- A property & casualty license is required.
- A life & health license is preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette.

- Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
